Walkers in Hay were treated last night to a professionally guided walk organised by Sarah Price from Walk Hay.

Participants listened to fictional and real tales of crime and legends from in and around Hay-on-Wye.

The stories were brought to life by actors Male and Julia as the group of 14 reached different locations around the town that were significant to the tales being told.

The walk finished at the famous bookshop 'Murder & Mayhem' in Hay town centre where mulled wine, and spooky cakes were consumed.

The night ended with everyone taking a look at the bookshop's spooky books section.

Event organiser, Sarah Price, from Walk Hay said: "It was such a fun way to guide folks around Hay town and outskirts, with some local legends and spooky stories brought to life!”
