THE family of a missing student whose body was found in a river this week say he was 'one in a million.'
Bath Spa University student James Bubear, from Llandrindod Wells, had been missing for more than three weeks when he was recovered from the river Avon on Monday, April 4.
The 19-year-old was last seen on a night out in Bath on Sunday, March 13, and friends and family had run a campaign seeking information leading to his safe return.
