New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Powys’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Builth Wells Rugby Football Club Ltd, at 2 Market Street, Builth Wells, Powys was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 22.

And Hop In Beer and Gin House, at 37 The Watton, Brecon, Powys was also given a score of four on March 22.

It means that of Powys's 265 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 166 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
