A Mid Wales business has raised £226.09 for Macmillan Cancer Support after hosting a coffee morning.
Marches Business Group held their annual ‘Macmillan World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’, under their Period Property Store brand in the canteen at their Head Office on the Ddole Road Enterprise Park in Llandrindod Wells.
The group have supported the Macmillan World’s Biggest Coffee Morning for several years, inviting customers, members of the public and staff to donate and enjoy some homemade goodies provided by the team including cakes, biscuits and pastries, tea and coffee.
Clare Morris, who organised the event said: “It’s wonderful to see the support, and so many staff and customers getting involved again in this year’s Macmillan Coffee Morning. A big thank you to everyone who took part and donated.
Macmillan World’s Biggest Coffee Mornings are supported by individuals, companies, and organisations from all over the UK and has raised more than £310 million for the charity since it started in 1990.
