Brecon & Radnor Express photographer Peter Williams was up bright and early this morning taking wintry pictures around Llangors Lake. An amber warning is out for heavy snow in many parts of Wales, including the Brecon Beacons, this afternoon so this can truly be said to be the calm before the storm.
