POLICE are seeking information about a white transit van which was used in the night-time theft of a quantity of brand new fishing tents from a business in Brecon.

The TF Gear Force 8 Speed Lite Bivvy fishing tents were taken from BVG Airflow Sports and Leisure on the Ffrwdgrech Industrial Estate between 3.45am and 4am on Wednesday, June 20.

The fishing tents are green and all come with a carry bag. They retail for a price upwards of £149.99 each.

Dyfed-Powys Police, who are investigating the burglary, have released a still CCTV image of the white transit van which was used at the approximate time of the burglary.

A police spokesperson said: "From initial enquiries it is believed a white transit van was used in the burglary.

"Anyone with information that can help officers with their investigation is asked to report it by phoning 101. Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously by calling 0800 555111."
