Brecon Festival Ballet’s production of “The Nutcracker” is now an annual feature of Brecon’s calendar.
The festive event bringing the world’s most popular ballet to audiences each Christmas.
This year, the five performances will take place over the weekend before Christmas, from Friday, December 20 to Sunday, December 22.
Audiences are set to be entertained by an onstage cast of 80 performers, including 27 professional dancers.
There will be a professional orchestra of 30 musicians playing live, joined by a choir for the famous Snowflakes scene – it’s the biggest gathering of professional performers on the Theatr Brycheiniog stage all year and it’s Wales’s biggest single dance event.

Tickets for this event go on sale at the Theatr Brycheiniog box office on Friday, September 6. Friends and Patrons of Brecon festival Ballet have priority booking from Monday, September 2.
