Cantref Adventure Farm is celebrating a major milestone in its 21st year after winning the Sustainability Initiative Award at the prestigious National Farm Attraction Awards.

The Brecon-based attraction was recognised at the National Farm Attraction Network (NFAN) Annual Conference in Blackpool for its commitment to eco-friendly practices and sustainable tourism.

Cantref was shortlisted in three categories—UK Small Farm Attraction of the Year, Best Digital Presence, and Sustainability Initiative—with the team delighted to take home the sustainability award. The accolade highlights their dedication to protecting the environment while offering a top-class visitor experience.

Gwen Evans, owner of Cantref Adventure Farm, said: "Winning this award in our 21st year makes it even more special!

“Sustainability has always been at the heart of what we do, from reducing waste and conserving energy to protecting the beautiful landscape we call home.”

“This award is a testament to our fantastic team and their dedication to making Cantref a place that future generations can enjoy,” she added.

Cantref Adventure Farm’s 21st anniversary promises a year packed with exciting events, new attractions, and special celebrations for visitors. Families can enjoy seasonal activities, hands-on animal experiences, adventure play, and plenty of surprises throughout 2025.
