Stealing a car and crashing it while over the drink drive limit has cost a Brecon man his licence and almost £400 in costs and fines.
Joshua Woodcock, aged 18, of Maes-y-Ffynnon Brecon pleaded guilty to charges of driving while intoxicated, taking a car without permission and damaging it, driving without a licence and driving without insurance at Lower Chapel on August 1.
He was disqualified from driving, ordered to pay a total of £399 in fines, prosecution costs and undertake 65 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months
