The 72nd Llanwrtyd Eisteddfod will be held on Saturday, September 28 at the Victoria Hall, Llanwrtyd Wells.

The committee have been busy organising this annual event and again this year, have secured excellent adjudicators.

Esyllt Thomas B.Mus (Hons) from Eglwyswrw is the music adjudicator and Prifardd Tudur Dylan Jones, Carmarthen will be adjudicating the literary competitions. The art competitions will be adjudicated by Andrea Moore from Llandovery.

Local children will be competing in the morning session, starting at 10:30am, with the open afternoon session starting at 2:30pm.

During the evening session, which starts at 7pm, at least two choirs will hopefully be competing as well as the chairing of the winning bard ceremony, led by Tudur Dylan Jones.
