A new community orchestra is being established in Brecon and is looking for musicians to join.

Interested musicians are invited to take part in a Come and Play Day on Saturday, March 29. The event will run from 2pm to 5pm at The Studio, Theatr Brycheiniog.

The orchestra, which will be conducted by Stephen Broom, will be rehearsing Schubert's 8th Symphony and other exciting works. This is a fantastic opportunity for local musicians to join in and be part of a new musical initiative in the heart of Brecon.

The Come and Play Day will be a relaxed and welcoming event for all musicians, with a £10 entry fee payable by cash on the door. Tea and cakes will be available, ensuring a pleasant afternoon for all participants.
