Police are appealing for information after a mother and her baby have gone missing.

38-year-old Louise and her baby are reported missing from the Powys area, police have said.

Louise is described as approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and of slim build.

Louise is believed to have connections to the Neath area in Swansea.
